London Life

So as October has greeted us with some unexpected sunshine I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to grab the chance for one last sunshine filled post before the winter weather sets in and I roll out all the layers. If you haven't already been to The Trafalgar Hotel Vista rooftop bar I would definitely recommend it...even just to grab a cocktail and admire the amazing view across the city.

I went for a Topshop filled matchy matchy outfit for a day out in London with a soft pink sleeveless jacket along with these cute culottes from the Topshop Reclaim section. They weren't actually part of a set but the colour match was spot on and I though they looked cute teamed together. I wasn't really sure about culottes before purchasing these but I picked them up during a personal shopping day in Topshop Manchester and fell in love. They are super comfy and I love the high waisted feature perfect for tucking into a basic white tee and layering up with jewellery.

Accessorizing with metallic gold tones with these Primark gladiators, a simple waist belt and chunky bracelets. Not to forget these beaut Jeepers Peepers sunglasses...forever loving a mirrored lens.

Mexico...Holiday Style Diary: 5

Here's the last outfit from my holiday collection so I'm well and truly back to reality which means it's time to plan my next trip so I can wear clothes like this again!!

I love all the girly features from the lace and ruffles to the cute bow headband...it's a very 'me' outfit. Of course there had to be a little pink thrown in too. These silky shorts from Missguided are perfection and also hit the underwear as outerwear trend giving an almost pajama look. So easy to style as they can easily work casual or dressed up.

This white cami kept to the feminine feel with the pretty ruffle detail, giving a standout silhouette seen a lot during the SS15 catwalks. Lanvin had a beaut ruffle dress with lightweight layering spot on for the summer so it's great to see this look filtering into the high-street for more affordable pieces.

Before I went away I was looking for some neutral sandals that I could throw on day to night and these River Island beauts did the job perfectly. Not to mention they are mega light so I could add them to my suitcase with no worries!!

Hope you've all enjoyed seeing a few of my holiday looks, would love to know which one is your favourite? :)

Time For Tea

Those who know me have to deal with my LOVE for afternoon tea, I always jump at any opportunity to try somewhere new so when it came to sampling out Manchester House I was very excited. Of course the outfit for the occasion had to be pink and girly and this knitted co-ord from Never Fully Dressed was perfect!! They have so many amazing pieces online, I was instantly drawn to all the lovely knits in such cute pastels shades...these actually went in the sale recently and then sold out but I managed to get my hands on one using Depop. I'm obsessed with this app, it's like an Aladdin's cave with so many fab clothes and accessories to be found. I also use it for selling my own clothes when its time for a wardrobe clearout...(find me @ktmillar)
The 'Queen Delevingene' t-shirt is from Blackscore, I'm a massive fan of black and white graphic tees and Blackscore have such a great selection, I want them all...plus who doesn't love Cara Delevingne! The white canvas boots are from Topshop along with the bag and the necklace is from River Island which tied the outfit together perfectly.
